Freshers’ Day and Farewell Programme at Greyfriars Junior College
A Meaningful Celebration of New Beginnings and Fond Farewells
Dondapudi, India - November 15, 2025: The Management of Greyfriars Junior College, Dondapudi arranged the Freshers' day and farewell programme for the intermediate students of Greyfriars Junior College on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The programme began with a prayer at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Manohar, the Sub-Inspector of Gopalapuram Police Station, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the programme. He delivered the presidential address to the junior college students, offering them valuable guidance and encouragement as they step into the next phase of their academic journey. Rev. Fr. Cibi Mukkungal OFM Conv., Principal of the college, warmly greeted the students, imparting words of wisdom for their future endeavors.
The formal session, which included a prize distribution ceremony recognizing student achievements, was followed by energetic cultural programs and dance performances. Rev. Fr. Alex Chokky OFM Conv., Correspondent of the college, delivered the vote of thanks, appreciating the lecturers and students for their enthusiastic participation and successful organization of the event.
