Kandy, Sri Lanka: With hearts filled with gratitude to God, we are delighted to share the joyful news that our friars Br. Isuru and Br. Subodha were ordained to the Diaconate.
This significant milestone in their Franciscan and ministerial journey marks a deeper commitment to the service of God, the Church, and His people. As deacons, they are called to a life of humble service, proclaiming the Gospel and assisting in the liturgical and pastoral ministry of the Church.
We congratulate Br. Isuru and Br. Subodha on this blessed occasion and assure them of our prayers as they continue their preparation for priestly ministry. May the Lord strengthen them with His grace, and may the example of St. Francis of Assisi inspire them to serve with joy, humility, and dedication.
