JOUFRA Football Tournament Successfully Conducted
A Vibrant Celebration of Sportsmanship and Fraternity
Karukutty :The JOUFRA Football Tournament was successfully organized with the enthusiastic participation of 16 teams, making it a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and Franciscan fraternity.
The tournament was officially inaugurated by Fr. Senet, whose encouraging words inspired the players and participants. The prize distribution ceremony was presided over by V. Rev. Fr. Michael Earaly and Panchayat Member Ms. Magi Babu, who congratulated the teams for their outstanding performances and competitive spirit.
This tournament marked the first major sporting initiative undertaken by our Junior Franciscans (JOUFRA). The event provided a valuable platform for young people to develop their athletic talents while strengthening the bonds of friendship, fraternity, and Franciscan values.
Among the 16 participating teams, JOUFRA A Team and JOUFRA B Team emerged as the champions, demonstrating exceptional skill, determination, and teamwork throughout the tournament.
