Birthday Celebration of Fr. Jomins
Jaffna, Sri Lanka – October 6, 2025 – The community of Ave Maria Friary joyfully celebrated the birthday of Fr. Jomins, Vice Rector and Econom of the friary. The day was marked by heartfelt gratitude, joyful fraternity, and prayerful celebration.
In the evening, Fr. Jomins presided over the birthday Eucharistic celebration, joined by friars and priests from neighbouring communities. The Holy Mass was followed by a warm and fraternal agape meal, strengthening the bonds of communion within the community.
The students added beauty and delight to the celebration with their cultural performances, bringing colour, music, and joy to the occasion. The entire celebration was a memorable expression of fraternity and appreciation for Fr. Jomins’s dedicated service.
